Google offers applications for lessons 2018-2020

In this project our goal is to create an innovative learning environment for students and teachers based on Google apps that will allow everyone to gain and practice social and technical skills, as well as to exchange ideas on new technologies. The project is directed to approx. 300 students 15-20 years old and 60 secondary school teachers.

During the project mobilities, project participants will be introduced to a number of Google tools to learn how to:
- store and share teaching and learning materials using Google Drive,
- collaborate simultaneously on documents using Google Drive,
- build websites using Google sites,
- develop a questionnaire with Google Form,
- communicate and do assignments with Google Classroom,
- create blogs with Google Blogger,
- upload videos on YouTube,
- prepare for partner visits with Google map and calendar,
- practise Google Arts and Culture, Expeditions and Cardboard applications.

We will use the following methods for the project implementation: workshops during mobilities, webinars between mobilities, surveys to measure participants' satisfaction and knowledge gained, group work, discussions on forums and blogs, in personal contacts.
Teachers will elaborate on completely innovative lesson plans which will be introduced to their
teaching practice. Students will be motivated and eager to learn. They will develop blogs and movies from project activities. They will learn to build websites.
They will gain new experiences through the participation in international lessons, in webinars, trips to the companies which use Google apps. Project activities will also involve the local community, authorities, cooperating schools and students' parents.
We will create a school of tomorrow through the approach to teaching and learning via digital tools. We will also help young people break barriers by engaging them in international cooperation and foster success in learning English language.
